The image is authentic and static has not been altered and is NOT wuhan lab. and is NOT Melinda Gates as I already noted. The text around the photo is obviously bogus info
The woman in the picture is Sylvia Mathews Burwell. United States Secretary of Health and Human Services under Zero. When she was a kid she helped campaign for Jay Rockefeller.
yeah that was taken at the NIH
And yes our gov. funded Wuhan lab but that is a separate issue from the photo. There are a lot of articles that have been posted the last 4 months or so on how the Wuhan lab was built and financed (The French had a huge role).

Just a reminder that prior to the NIH Wuhan lab, the NIH was having research done on “bat” virus stuff and this included Chinese Scientist. This lab basically taught the Chinese guy how to do “gain of function” technique.
At the end of the study, the conclusion was that no vaccine had been found or was likely be possible. It questioned the wisdom of further research as a potential danger that outweighed any benefit that could be hoped for.
But NIH wanted to continue.
Going on memory-and it’s a bit vague.
(grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr........)
