Apparently that BL doesnt matter. Poor guy. Screwed over by whites again. Remember it progressively liberal whites holding this man hostage to the white liberal mobs.
Yep, I think theyll try to punish this guy hard...in an effort to deflect blame from their stupidity (letting protestors use the freeway)
I saw the video, and it looked like an accident to me - other than the idiots on the freeway that is.
The “protesters” blocked the 1, 2 and 3 lanes with two unlighted vehicles turned crossways to the traffic. The white jaguar moves to the #4 (slow) lane to avoid the vehicles. As he comes around the rightmost vehicle, there’s a person standing in the #4 lane less than 100 feet from the vehicle, and they’re wearing black. The driver make a sudden move back to the left - the #3 lane - just as “protesters” start running from the 1, 2 and 3 lanes toward the #4 lane. Keep in mind, that the driver’s view of them was hidden by the crossways vehicles. Two idiots made it into the #3 lane where they were struck.
G1!
The state patrol said going forward it wont allow protesters to enter I-5 and would arrest pedestrians on the freeway.
So it took a death and a critical injury before they put a stop to the nonsense? Maybe they know they will be sued. They will be sued by the BLM protester family and hopefully from the driver as well.
The Washington State Police should have been arresting these criminals 19 days before this happened.
As I have said a dozen times over the last few months, pony up the bail money Seth Rogen, Steve Carell. Chumps.
I’m not sure where I should come down on this. The video was heart warming but there is much I don’t know about the driver.
Did he break a law?
Too soon.

That's it...The police made this guy guilty because they claim he went on the entrance ramp that had some sort of police barricade...There was a pretty good video on it...Don't know if it's still available...

What better place to petition the government for redress of grievances than assemble on a high-speed thoroughfare between jersey walls and noise buffers in the middle of the night?
Sounds like this was the inspiration to block Mt Rushmore.
Domestic terrorism.
the bail doesn’t seem to match the charges
1 count vehicular assault
1 count of vehicular manslaughter
maybe a lawyer can educate us more, but just what I scanned, it’s probation and a fine or up to one year for the first, and a year to 5 for the other, depending on whether it’s misdemeanor or felony? As a sober driver will he have contributory negligence on the part of the protestors going for him? I dunno
I read an interesting little case about a mom and a 4yo, the4yo being killed while walking across a highway with Mom. Mom was charged with vehicular manslaughter, convicted and after some legal maneuvering ended up plea bargaining down to a $200 jaywalking ticket.
Tax receipts are way down in Seattle. They aren’t saving enough money by defunding police...so, yeah.
Late term abortion give or take a trimester or 70.
Summer was flying by that night.
LOL! Excellent.
“Notice there is not one mention of the driver being black?”
No but they did call him a “white supremacist”.
