Kanye West is an artist, producer, record label executive and fashion designer, but that’s apparently not enough for the multi-hyphenate. Now, the hip-hop powerhouse is looking to add another job to his ever-expanding resume: politician.
The rapper took to Twitter on America’s birthday (July 4) to officially announce he is running for the highest office in the land. The superstar began his message by writing, “We must now realize the promise of America by trusting God, unifying our vision and building our future,” and he quickly got straight to the point by stating quite plainly, “I am running for president of the United States!” He then added the hashtag #2020VISION, which may be something he continues to use moving forward.

Trump grooms Kanye for the 2024 as an Anti-Deep-State small (r) republican, and shifts a majority of the black vote for a generation.

I don’t see that logic, seems to me fewer votes for Trump, if a black was going to vote for Trump they sure as hell wont vote for the Dim...

The blacks that vote for Trump will still vote for Trump. These are true conservative votes.
The blacks that vote for Biden will break off and split for a superstar Black. Therefore hurting the RATS.

Viewed this way, BLM is activating previously complacent blacks. Kanye is taking their now activated minds and turning them away (and even possibly against) Democrats who attack him.

First of all the media can’t stand him as much as they hate Trump. Would be interesting on his stance on Israel, BLM and how he would run the economy. When the media start grilling him on his faith, thats when the libs with the long knives will take him down. He’ll be out by September.
He could be setting himself up for Biden’s VP.
Would he? He has been public in his support for President Trump, so why would a Democrat think he supports the goals of The Left?
He is like Trump. Bigger than the media. They can’t touch him.
If his name is on the ballot Biden is done.
I suspect Trump himself may have given him the idea.
Trump is not going to lose his base. If Yeez can pull a per centage of the black vote, that won’t vote for the President but not sold on Joe, then that could be good.
I know that, but I'm not convinced that Kanye West will pull a meaningful number of voters away from the Demon-crats candidate (Biden or otherwise). I certainly hope he does.
At least there is something positive about Kayne. He would be the first Black president, not like the other dude from some continent away.

Maybe, but another possibility is that he is setting himself up to be Pence’s VP in 2024. If Trump wins in 2020, and the republicans run Pence/West in 2024 this could create a lot of problems for the democrats.
There is a deadline of November 26, 2019 I think he missed it.
He will change his mind within two weeks, like he has on every major decision he has made in the last few years
I will not vote for him in 2020 over the proven commodity of President Trump. But heck, gotta get wet sometime. Best wishes Sir. I’d love to vote for him on the Republican line in the future and I’m a registered NY Conservative. (Still 3rd line in NY btw for anyone keeping score)
Black voters will have to check with Sleepy Joe Biden to make sure they are black enough to vote for Kanye.
