Hey...cable is still showing the movie “White Chicks”...
I guess SNL must be cancelled. (Of course it hasn’t been funny for 40 years anyway.)
Soul Man still is the holy grail of blackface.
I hope they don’t try to cancel Rob like they’re doing Robert Downey Jr.
Glad I have most of our faves on cd White Chicks is one of the best comedies.
It is all cancel. It stems from Systemic birth control and abortion. Evil. Indecent. People reject God in order to take over His role in creation. This guilt mayhem results.
That Row, he was really funny wasn’t he???
Yeah, the audience stuff is great too. This is when SNL was really funny.
And thanks for pointing out the typo. At least it rhymes.
What’s funny is Rob Lowe was doing this episode as a comeback from his sex tape scandal and they referenced it in the episode constantly. Now 30 years later, the episode may create a scandal like the one we just saw for Jimmy Fallon playing Chris Rock because of the “blackface.” Can’t make it up...LOL. The reality is “blackface” was done by Ted Danson at Whoopi’s roast (in a skit written by her) and otherwise hasn’t been seen in entertainment since the era of vaudefille. Someone playing a character of a different race isn’t “blackface.”
Kind of lucky for C. Thomas Howell that he doesn’t seem to be getting a ton of good roles lately anyway. Because if he were, then, the newly-ascendant woke mob would surely be calling for his head for Soul Man.

Yeah how about that Farkle family.. Fred Farkle and Anny Farkle.. Oh yeah that was Laugh In!!!
They are starting to eat their own. That may be a good thing, their going full Ouroborus. If the Dhimmicrats under Slo Joe win in November however, it may become like the ‘Reign of Terror’ after the French Revolution. God help us!
Yeah but not Robert Downey Jr.
He seems fairly sane.
"Soul Man" killed his career. Howell would've spent the 90s sharing leading roles with A-listers at the time like Tom Cruise except for that misfortunate misstep. He was banished to the D-list ever since. Hope he fired his agent.
This being said, I recall seeing it in the theaters and remember laughing throughout. (And cringing. Even in 1986 we knew blackface was bad.)
That SOB
Oh but, “Hamilton” is quite okay...
I don’t believe in this cultural appropriation crap or cancel this and this stuff but, WTF ever.
Let’s burn it all
Burn it all down...
What?!!!!
I love that movie
English your second language? /S
LOL
