Yes. He called to thank Rush for his support. I believe Rush posted a link to Flynn’s defense fund on his website and raised a lot of cash for him.

By speaking in public Flynn may also be tipping the fact that he MIGHT be willing to violate his gag order and spill the beans. Sullivan would have to try and enforce an order related to a charge he’s been ordered to drop. And if he does Trump can then go the pardon route.

Combined with the release of that Strzok note today I think Judge Sullivan is being painted into a corner.

There never was a gag order for Flynn.

While the Strzok note has been described as "very exculpatory" for Flynn, it is also very incriminating for Obama.

Obama essentially orders Flynn framed and then admits to concealing that from the transition team. He should go away for life.

Ahem, if the charges are dropped, as ordered, no need for a pardon. Pardons only necessary when claims of guilt are drawn up by Justice.

In this case, DOJ says case dropped due to lack of both evidence and never should have been drawn!

DOJ now says, there was no case and no evidence of guilt shown, no matter how much “phony evidence” was shown to force Flynn to accept a guilty plea and the FBI and DOJ bankrupted Flynn in the process, former attorneys “advised him to plead” and Feds were prepared to bankrupt Flynn’s son and continue to harass both families!

You”re the only one who caught the painted corner the DOJ put Sullivan in. I will add one further idea:

By releasing one simple page of handwritten notes which quotes verbatim Obama, the DOJ is telling Obama that if he persists in this case (via surrogates) to ask for full Appeal Court hearing, Barr will make it very painful for him. Barr tacitly allowed Sidney Powell to publish the document. Next week, what other document will the DOJ suddenly find and give to Flynn and Powell.

I believe Obama is thinking this through very carefully before telling Sullivan what to do. If he decides its worth it, he'll allow the Court of Appeal to hear the case (only 1 stooge needs to ask for a rehearing). The decision includes how to change the daily narrative so the country ignores the next damning evidence.

I'm still not sure if Flynn's coming back into the intelligence community is a bigger threat to Obama or Trump being reelected? The seditionists can wait out another 4 years, get a D elected, then the country ends. I believe Flynn's exoneration, not a pardon, makes him a Presidential candidate that even Pence could not beat.

In sum, only two men are holding back the end. One is Trump. Then comes Flynn.
