There never was a gag order for Flynn.
The conservative media has always referred to a gag order for Flynn. Just prior to this thread, there was an FR thread where the article posited that the gag order was the real reason for dragging out the sham prosecution over the last two years.

That is probably correct.
But the advice from his series of lawyers could accomplish the same thing. If so, I hope the lid is now going to come off. He can’t save it all for his book (which I hope he has been writing all along.)
