Top image was posted by Gen. Flynn. Speculation in Forbidden City about what it means. Seems to be a ternary code (3 possible colors for each square). Some are guessing it codes for the alphabet. I am guessing it codes for amino acids (like our DNA does with 3 base pairs for each). Anyone else have a guess?

I'm thinking perhaps the three stars vertically at left represent a rearrangement of the stars in the DC flag. Those current DC flag stars were set to represent The City of London, District of Columbia and the Vatican. They won't be replaced, but they'll live in fear (i.e., be "yellow", even against their "sea of blue", representing the vast numbers of 13 bloodlines-types that current inhabit the Deep State/Senior Executive Service). Some things will take time.
The Deep State will be rearranged and replaced by Digital Soldiers (emphasis on SOLDIERS--of which there are many very experienced and very well trained non-digital soldiers, too) fighting for the sea of red behind them.
Perhaps there's something like DNA in the lowest horizontal box/bar at right, but generally, flags stand for the people being represented, so I think the mostly red backdrop of the lowest of the three bars is almost entirely red by virtue of so many of the other colored "dots" having done a #WALKAWAY. There could be a message akin to "every knee shall bow"/"all will see the Light" (since it's going to be biblical) there, though of course, we don't bow to anyone other than our Maker...
