NASCAR announced it was investigating after a noose was found hanging in driver Bubba Wallace's garage stall Sunday at Talladega, nearly two weeks after prohibiting any images or displays of the Confederate flag at events.
Wallace, 26, the only black driver in the NASCAR Cup Series, responded on Twitter late Sunday. He said the sport has made a commitment to shaping an inclusive community, adding that "we will not be deterred by the reprehensible actions of those who seek to spread hate.”

What, no cameras?
99% of the time these things are found to have been done by the person reporting the crime. So much so that I just assume they are fake. I don’t think I’ve ever been proven wrong when I’ve made that assumption.
No video or pics being offered as evidence. Plus, they needed something to counter the plane towing the confed flag around..........
Articles like this should include a disclaimer:
“If this alleged ‘hate crime’ is determined to be a hoax, and its perpetrator becomes known, then they should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.”
I never figured NASCAR would stoop and fall like this. I havent watched a short track race in years. Super speedways occasionally.

There have got to be cameras all over the pits/garage area atg Talladega. No way this wasn’t caught on camera.
