MS Rats once tried to recruit Favre to run for office IIRC, I forget which one, can’t find it.

But a 2010 article mentions him donating to Rep. Gene Taylor (D). He also CUT AN AD for RINO Thad Cochran in the McDaniel runoff. In such a close race it could have made a difference.
