Some on the forum thread noted that they hadn't seen ATT down this hard for quite some time (early cell phone times).
I think solar flares and conditions impacting orbiting satellites could cause broad groups of communications companies to flounder.
I'm just going to try to watch this week for interruptions of cell phones should they continue or deepen in case they develop into the communications outtages spoken of in Q4414 (e.g., in case they are practicing).
For now, it looks like all is well, but I'm mindful that riots are anticipated for June 21.
Just at a glance... those outages seem to be where the largest amount of sealed indictments are. Not in a position to verify at the moment. Just from memory.
Ransom, The ATT outage:
There are currently no solar storms underway or expected.
If there is a problem with ATT it may be infrastructure or it could be something like a companywide software problem or an IT attack.

“Supposedly somebody was (or is still) DDOS-ing all of the major cell phone providers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint) and that’s been causing issues with most/all cell phones.”
One more reason I want to keep a landline!
RE: AT&T outages. My cell phone flashes a divert message before the call goes through. So I think that AT&T has an outage, but also has a diversion agreement with other providers in case of outage.
