Fines? The organizers of these rallies are seditionists. Their “fines” should be the removal of all daylight from them. I leave it up to others how to execute that sentence.
The riots are violent political intimidation. They are terrorism, and it is working.

There are 3 main groups involved. Peaceful protesters, criminals, and antifa type organizations. Antifa is using the other 2 groups to provide cover for what they are doing. My guess is Antifa is behind setting most of the fires. I’ve seen some videos were Antifa bots set fires and then use the big crowds as cover to make a run for it. Once Antifa has decimated an area, there is no real reason for peaceful protestors and criminals to show up. I think that is why you hear talk about try to get criminals to loot in the suburbs. They need the cover. If peaceful protesters have moved to parks, there is not a lot to destroy.
It could be that there are no stores left to loot......

A few observations. It is hotter than heck in many areas and that melts the snowflakes, plus they might have run off to their daddy’s expensive shore house. Antifa are finally getting their asses kicked by groups of patriots It’s still raging but the media has been told to under report.

Word is out about a million protester march on DC and the possibility of storming of the Whitehouse. Think.
Trump is playing the long game. Give some thought to the phrase, “...enough rope to hang themselves.” The Whitehouse has deadly defensive systems. Passive area denial systems are available. The Marine Barracks are minutes away as is the 3rd Infantry Regiment, “The Old Guard”, plus approximately another 40,000 Federal law enforcement personnel..
Trump would have been in a perfect position to declare martial law. The implications to seditionists and traitors are really scary. Arrest by the military, summary tribunals, etc., scared the dems. The rats smelled a rat. All of a sudden the word goes out for “peaceful march”. There’s more hear than meets the eye. Trump has them on the run and the deep state is shitting itself.
