I was in Houston 4 years ago about this time. I have to say it was the HOTTEST place I have EVER been. And I live in Alabama.
(I feel for the people who are at MD Anderson for treatment with all this craziness. The video of that dad and his daughter leaving Children’s was terrible. Way to pick on someone their own size. )
Mobile can get nasty in a hurry. Cities along the gulf coast that are close enough to the gulf to get the full force of the humidity but not the sea breezes are the most disgusting kind of hot. Throw in a passing thunderstorm followed by full sun, and just thinking leaves you drenched in sweat.
