Drew Brees’ mistake, as well as practically any white NFL or NBA coach or player to the right of Gregg Popavich is to say anything at all because no matter what they say, if it isn’t a complete kneeldown to BLM and Antifa, is going to be ripped to shreds by the Twitterati and woke media.
Blacks are more than 50% of the players. They don’t seem, generally, mature enough to listen to any criticism from whites so my advice is not to fracture your locker room and just shut up. Even positive-sounding quotes will be thoroughly trashed as if the n-word had just been spoken so don’t go there. Don’t give them any fuel for that fire.

Then I'm sure that the author of this piece would agree that there's absolutely nothing wrong with trampling on the American flag - or on the "Black Lives Matter" flag, for that matter, right?

This is as close as many of them will come to acknowledging that the world they dream of would require the destruction of the family, and of most of what makes us human.
Moreover, what NO ONE will acknowledge is that even if rich white liberals disadvantage their own children deliberately in the name of social justice, all they are really doing is making their child pay for the parents' good fortune. They are far more comfortable voting for things that disadvantage whites in other social classes than their own, both above them and below them, again, to make other whites pay for what they have but feel they don't deserve.
