Y'all this picture is simply the picture that feeds from the obama.org homepage. You can set the default image to show for the site for search engines and social media. Every link to the obama.org homepage will have this image show up regardless of it's original publish date.

Tineye is showing the first time the image showed up on the web was June 1, 2020.

In the HTML META data you can see where the home page directs to that image:

You can see the default image for embedded links is https://www.obama.org/wp-content/uploads/053020_GeorgeFloyd_Protests_Chicago_IL_CD_1588-scaled.jpg.
