I have a question.
For hundreds of years, it has been a tactic to look for the enemy officers and to attempt to eliminate them thus leaving the troops under the command of lesser and hopefully less capable leaders.
We also know from reading books and articles written by present day snipers that they are trained to identify leaders from a great distance, and eliminate them.
So with pain clothes operatives on the scene of these riots, why are we not identifying and grabbing the leaders/instigators and locking them up?
If we can identify the leaders from our remote position, looking at our TV, it is obvious that someone is not doing their job.
The leaders should be identified and a commando type team should immediately rush them and take them away.
