Notably, the Judge complains that he had to get a lawyer to reply to the Writ of Mandamus. (Poor baby!) No mention of the the financial ruin of General Flynn under the burden of vexatious litigation by his fake prosecution, the heartless bastard.

On quick read, it seems Sullivan is doubling down and saying he should be allowed to investigate why Gen Flynn pleaded guilty.
Without acknowledging that the Special Counsel was blackmailing Flynn by threatening to prosecute his son.
