I could not fact check this, so just putting it out there.
This feed reporting D.C. with blocked cell phones, Instagram, etc., traffic cams blank or with old footage, etc.
This. They’re not used to getting pushback and when they do they cry like little girls on Twitter.

this is interesting. I am seeing one camp claim the DCBlackout is disinformation from the Anarchists...and the other side claiming disinformation from Govt. LOLOL

Okay, so here is what we know: #DCblackout edition.
-the overall goal of the campaign appears to be to instill panic & fear to deter future protests.
-no evidence that protestors have been killed.
-no evidence of a sustained internet cut off.
-DC people report things are normal.

Spoke with 5 buddies of mine in the DC area: 2 at DoJ, 1 at DoS, 1 at DoC, and 1 in Arlington. None of what you’re saying is true. The only thing they said was that police have been going around to the hotels to warn folks to stay inside while the protests are in the area.

Yep I have been (naively) shocked by how close the various policing agencies have allowed the riots to get to the White House.
I didn’t ask, because these are professional travelers who know better than to go out and about in DC proper during protests. I’m only reporting on what they told me, but I’ll ask them if they have anything to report on that. Department of Commerce is right across K St. from the White House, so maybe they’ll know more.

There might be one just like this in downtown Birmingham! What a coincidence. Can someone please show this thread to the folks there.
The cams look like they’re working but they show streets quiet and clean.
Just looks odd to me.
