George Soros has used this tactic many times to destroy a country's financial system by instigating civil unrest to enable him to short the market ahead of time and then pay people to instigate civil unrest while he shorts the financial markets in advance of the unrest to profit from it. George Soros, through his “ Open Society “ foundations, heavily funds both Antifa, and Black Lives Matter.
The Society’s funds were also heavily used to bring illegal immigrants from central America through Mexico, via buses and trains.
