I think so too. Remember we have tech that can see from outer space down to less than a foot,IIRC. Also drones, and 17 years of counter-insurgency training in Middle East.
Umbrella man was using that umbrella to try and protect his identity from drones, I think. I also recall that some drones are no bigger than an insect—so rioters may not even know they are there. Time will tell.
Also “magic ears” can hear conversations and pick up sounds that boots on ground can’t. LOL

It’s the call that’s made when the aircraft fails to catch the arrestor on the flight deck while landing. The pilot accelerates after the call, circles the ship and attempts the landing again. It’s not clear to me who makes the call - the pilot or the landing signal officer. I’ll take a wild guess and say the LSO.
