Day 3 of protests outside the home of disgraced former Minnesota cop Derek Chauvin turned violent as cops in riot gear lined the streets keeping protesters at bay. For most of the day there was a steady stream of about 150 protesters outside the former cop's home. Chauvin hasn't been seen at the house since the story broke that he was the policeman who knelt on George Floyd's neck for eight minutes while arresting him, before the man died.

If the over charge him he will walk.
This police officer has yet to be charged charged with anything. He can only get his day in court if he is charged.
If he is not charged for something so blatant, on camera, in broad daylight, then what are the people to do? Sit back and take it as one of their fellow citizens is murdered by agents of the state?
Tell that to the mob. A city is burning down because that cop is free. They could arrest him and let him free later if found innocent.
Too bad the mayor didn’t order a similar thin blue line in front of the now abandoned police station.
What police station?
If hes arrested before the evidence is assembled and a case built, he walks.
That is just silly. Most criminals are arrested before evidence is assembled and a case built. For instance, the deceased was possibly involved in fraudulent activity. Do you really think evidence was assembled and a case built before first contact?
When a black cop shot a white woman, the officer wasn't arrested nor charged for more than 4 months. Not a single riot.
This must be costing the city tens of thousands of dollars per day to protect this house. Crazy. The city will run out of money before the protestors leave the area. It is a losing battle for the cops to waste time guarding this guys house.
I predict the house will eventually be razed (like the John Wayne Gacy house). They will replace the house with a monument to George Floyd.
Social Justice allows us to be picky and change our minds on a whim. Still ok to burn sh!t down and dis the cops to their face tho....
Another thread says that he has high tailed it outta there.
Whereabouts unknown.
Riots have happened when non-black citizens have killed blacks.

WHY is the cop walking free? Why are the cops who helped him walking free?
Obviously, the facts were different in that case, but the point is that if the prosecutor doesn't have a solid case, a later acquittal can be just as destructive as the protests at the beginning.
They're just trying to make sure their case is air tight. Now, everybody here clamoring for an arrest, a conviction, and a long prison sentence appear to know more than the investigators. What evidence does the public have that the prosecutor is missing?
They’re always angry. They don’t need an excuse. They hate whites, period. They just are given license to do this by the government at all levels. If they riot enough, and the government will give you the legal lynching they want.
If he went that far they can probably arrest him for leaving the state while a suspect in an investigation.
Wherever he is, he’s probably become a big fan of hats, sunglasses, and facemasks.
“Tell that to the mob. A city is burning down because that cop is free. “
You really believe that???
I understand having an air tight case. But being charged and being arrested are two different things. You are arrested on suspicion of, you are charged with the evidence you speak of.
All that being said, when a man is in cuffs, it is the responsibility of the officer to ensure the mans health. That simply was not done, even when an off duty first responder called for a pulse check.
In this case the video has more than enough to book this officer with suspicion of. You and I would not be walking free right now, and that is upsetting.
I agree with all your comments. But there is some reason why they have not charged anyone yet. I don’t know why that is. I do expect they will get charged at some point.
