Q did mention that ultimately the CIA would have to be dismantled. The corruption is too extensive for it to be reformed. Their networks run deep. It does appear that the MK Ultra program might have been dismantled, and the travel ban from Islamist countries seems to have curbed the frequency of Islamic terror attacks.
