So Q is using the term as a day counter with respect to when the election takes place, in the above case, the 2020 election. “+1” means to me, “the day after the 2020 Election.”

In my first reading of #4133, which follows, I thought “+1” meant with respect to the 2020 election, but upon reflection, I don’t think it is that simple:

I think what Q just said was look at the boom drops of the week of May 6 in 2019 and 2020….plus one more week. But who knows….perhaps it means week of May 6 of 2021?

Here again in #3957, Q is clearly seems to be using “+1” in referring to the 2020 Election plus one day, or the day after:
