Your post brings up an interesting topic that I've been working on for a while in my brain. Here's what I got so far, with your added info thrown in. Keep in mind this is a more macro approach to the question.
The derp plan was to unite the arab nations into a Caliphate, and thereby the entirety of Islam with a prophesied leader. This Caliphate would eventually absorb Europe by infiltration, not invasion. This slow creep attack began even before Obama, but was highly escalated during the magic negro's horror show. It was part of the sixteen year plan, but I digress.
At some point, infiltration melds with invasion if necessary, but less likely due to previously laid Derp/Islamic groundwork. In this way, the derp state and islam become one. From there, it would be only a matter of time before the takeover of the United States would be complete and, goodnight nurse.
The last holdout would be Russia. Why? Cause Russia don't play that shit. And they play hardball. Though they might calculate that hardball just ain't appropriate at this time, and opt for ANOTHER long term program, and play ball.
