We’ve known for a long time that Obama was a guy who could read a teleprompter and could dress well with great pleats in his pants, but take away the teleprompter, and he’s lost, bumbling, can’t talk extemporaneously and falls back on memorized talking points from campaign speeches, which he’s likely to stumble over. He’s a sock puppet for whomever puts the words into the teleprompter.
Biden is a wooden ventriloquist’s dummy and now his controls are tangled up, and the ventriloquist is getting less and less capable of throwing his voice.

I believe it’s the same cabal that went after Trump in the past 4+ years. 0b0z0 was the head of it as POTUS. Now, he needs extra help as in adding Bernie and his bros to win the election then proceed to rule through whatever the nobody VP they choose for the figurehead Biden.
All this is theoretically possible if We the People allow it to happen by losing the election.
