Evac for downstream Sanford was issued 2 hours ago.
Imminent collapse.
Midland is 10 miles down stream and they have issued mandatory evac for west half.
Dow Chemical has issued indefinite force majeure.
As of 9pm, dam still holding.

Wow - thanks for the update re: the dams.
Sanford spilling and still threatened. May hold, may not, but evacuation is the right move IMHO.
Hopefully, they haven’t involved the idiot governor yet.
