It’s a report all about Snowden. Snowden is not legally considered a whistleblower because he never filed a complaint.
He got 1.5 million documents. This report highlights the fact that at least 13 of these in the hands of enemies could jeopardize American troops. There a lot that is redacted.

Q 4257. Found images of the 4 pages on 8kun, an anon got it to open. Documents header indicate top secret but it has been lined through. Heavy redaction on documents. Will work on getting them posted.
