What if the Obama crowd had set up a TOTAL surveillance system where EVERYBODY was being tapped. If the CIA/NSA had access to everybody's devices and comms like we know they do have.

Then they made up FISA warrants to justify the specific individuals they found something on or could use to UMBRELLA surveil the real targets, like Q says.

In other words, the FISA warrants were just cover for dirty illegal surveillances on US citizens that had already been and were in place.

Example: While surveilling Carter Page, pursuant to a legal FISA warrant, we heard this from subject A who led us to subject B, who led us to THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES BLAM.

I think that's Q's 'umbrella surveillance' in layman's terms. Am I right? Or something like that.

I'm pretty sure the NSA "has it all". They have buildings everywhere.

That's where the funny stuff starts. They were letting contractors in to do 702 queries (think fusion gps) on the data for political purposes. How do you think they got the wrong Michael Cohen going to Prague. (fishing in the data).

When they find something as you mentioned, they pass it off to the "proper" authorities, do a FISA and start covering their tracks. Also, when they do find something bad, they get an extra hop or 2 which gets them into any and everybody's business.

IMO they basically targeted someone (Carter Page) who talked to a good Russian guy (one hop) who talked to a bad Russian guy (2 hops). They find something on the bad Russian guy so they get more hops.

Knowing Carter Page talked to someone in the Trump campaign (one hop) who talked to Trump (2 hops). Now they connect Trump through Carter Page to a Russian bad guy CP never talked to and they can access everybody Trump talked to and everybody they talked to..

The NSA has everything collected, they just don't have "legal" access to it without a FISA.

That has been my understanding. FISA warrant on one person means him (her, zhe whatever) anyone it talked to or communicated with, and then anyone all those other peeps commed with. 3 generations. So that means a HUGE number of people to “legally” surveil.

It’s crazy they keep talking about Carter Page but never mention that they didn’t care about Carter Page they wanted to listen in on President Donald Trump.
