Several governors nullified our right to free exercise of religion by Executive Order

For one thing, I don’t think it’s legal for a governor to change election law by executive order.

In CO a voter ballot measure approved all mail in voting. That ballot measure probably enshrined it in the state constitution. I think SCOTUS would have to declare it unconstitutional.
