Mayor de Blasio affirmed Thursday that the coronavirus pandemic has provided he and Schools Chancellor Richard Carranza an opportunity to radically change the city’s public high school admissions policy next year.
Last month, de Blasio announced that the city was scrapping the traditional grading policy for kindergarten through eighth-grade students this year because of the coronavirus crisis. The normal grading, however, remains for high school students.

And now, this commie b____d is trying to use the COVID epidemic as a "reason" to bring down the handful of schools in the system which are high functioning. Students seeking admittance to these schools must pass a stiff entrance exam to gain a seat. DumblASSio and his fellow commie idiot schools chancellor Carranza (LaRaza rep) are now attempting to use the COVID crisis to justify doing what they have been trying to do for years--eliminate the entrance exam so that their beloved black ghetto thugs and Hispanic students could get in.
Any teachers here know that even one chronically disruptive student in a classroom can ruin the learning experience for all the kids there, interrupting their concentration and being robbed of the teacher's time as they have to devote time to managing the disruptive student. Imagine innoculating schools teaching at a college level with a bunch of level 1 and 2 readers, out of a scale of four. That's an elementary school level of reading. Even if DumblASSio got his crowd in, they wouldn't begin to understand the lessons. And, in their typical way of dealing with frustration or bumps in the road, they would act out. That's the only way they know how to deal. Imagine a class of real scholars trying to concentrate on a lesson when this happens. Right. End of lesson. So if the lesson can't proceed, the kid who doesn't belong there won't be frustrated any more. Now he's equal again, in his mind.
So, it's not enough that thousands of people have died from COVID due to his incompetence--including a friend of mine last Tuesday--but now DumblASSio wants to use the crisis situation to finally, finally justify his commie desire to "make everyone equal"and admit vastly unqualified students to attend and destroy the high achieving classes at these schools, with the rabid assistance of his commie racist schools chancellor Carranza.
Hanging both of them would let them off too easy for the blood on their hands, and their ruining of young promising lives by depriving them of a decent education.

Time to incorporate Gate’s Common Core II, Eureka,throughout all Democrat states.
Underneath it all Blaisio is a pot smoking hippy who wants everything in NYC to be like his personal compound, his personal hippy colony. He wants control of everything even if that means his hippy colony becomes a leper colony. I hate it when hippies let their finger nails become longer than their hair. They become Fu Manchu or Emperor Ming and the evil authoritarians in them is on the lose despite how much bok choy and bean sprouts they eat.
They will institute a program where all students for kindergarten to grade 12 will get coloring books and crayons

Carranzza actually said this at a virtual meeting of Hispanic leaders. Did it get media notice ? No! With the left media and their allies in social media we may have to return to pamphleting to spread the Truth.
NYC and most “blue” regions are beyond repair. The problem is blue is a virus also and infects red.
