Russia has more than twice the cases of China, but half the deaths. Why? Lying? Why make such an obvious lie? Russians are smarter than thinking they can fool us. (but maybe their own citizens?) Deaths haven't caught up yet? (been going up 10k per day), Vodka Tonic?
