I'd love to spend some months just wandering around the countryside of the British Isles.

If you want to see something really cool, see Pentre Ifan in Wales.

Bryn Celli Ddu on Ynys Mon is also a great site to visit.

"I'd love to spend some months just wandering around the countryside of the British Isles." My wife is from Nottingham, and I can never get enough of touring the sites. If you're not familiar with the series, Tony Robinson's, Walking Through History is available on Amazon Prime. If nothing else, it will give you lots of ideas of things to see and places to go should you get the opportunity.
