Is this signifying that she has inside info, or is hopeful, about the potential hiliary - obama ticket replacing Joe Biden as the demon-c-rat nominee?

Purple Revolution?-George Soros has a reputation for sponsoring “color” revolutions in various countries-using groups like Antifa etc. And often tied in with elections.
