Every year before the Derby fireworks start here in the IN/KY area along the Ohio River...This is played and a low flying plane circles the banks of both states with an enormous flag trailing from the plane. The event is called Thunder over Louisville. It kicks off the week leading to the Kentucky Derby. Thanks so much Sweetie.
