“The Supreme Court on Friday granted the Trump administration’s request to temporarily shield redacted grand jury materials related to special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia probe from the Democrat-led House.

House Democrats are fighting to gain access to the materials, arguing that it being made public will give Americans a fuller image of how the Trump administration behaved during the two-year investigation.

#NEW: The White House is considering again pushing back the deadline to file federal taxes, which has already been delayed from April 15 to July 15.

It could now be extended to September 15 or December 15.

How can anyone say that there is only one standard of justice when the owner of a beauty shop in Texas goes directly to jail for refusing to apologize to the judge while people who were part of a conspiracy to take down the president are still walking around. Many of them are still on television spouting their lies. They definitely know the difference between lying under oath and lying on TV though which is very frustrating for all right minded people.

There should be no such thing as hate speech in any legal terminology. The idea that a punishment should be greater if a crime is committed because you don’t like some protected class category about the victim is just preposterous. If you split someone’s head open with a pole whether you do it for robbery or because you don’t like their skin color should make no difference. Even worse is the fact that hate speech can be a primary crime. The United States of America should never be the Soviet Union.
