DOJ needs to take a page out of the Obama playbook: encourage Flynn to sue for, say $100 million. Then settle for 50 and say: Hey, the case was a loser and we just saved $50 million.
“Fire Wray and make Flynn the new director of the FBI.”
It doesn’t matter who the director is so long as the other ranks—the career bureaucrats—are still slobbering leftwad fanatics.

4. Press conference stating he’s “Exhibit A” of the bogus Russia-Gate investigation

Exoneration by itself is not sufficient.
There needs to be some raw legal vengeance cone from this. It needs to public, pitiless, and ugly.
