Vicki Weaver was the wife of "White Separatist Randy Weaver"™ who was (as far as I can make out) accused/entrapped by the FBI on illegal weapons charges, for supposedly cutting the barrel of one shotgun 1/2" too short (he claims they confiscated his cutting saws during the investiation so he couldn't prove the cutting marks were form someone else's blade).
I read once that the morning after Vicki was shot (and I presume her body was still rotting on the porch) the FBI psych unit blasted loudspeaker messages from speakers all around Randy's house, asking what he was having for breakfast and whether his wife was enjoying her breakfast too.
Oh yeah, they had also shot Randy's 14-year-old son in the back as he was running away from them.
