We know he conspired with foreign intelligence, at the very least British intel.

If that's all they got on him (which I doubt), could conspiring with foreign actors qualify as treason for an American citizen? I think probly so.

I too found it interesting his name was the only one with treason conspiracy listed.

Provided, of course, that list is anywhere near accurate.
