It will be interesting to learn who Brennan conspired with to commit treason. We know he conspired with foreign intelligence, at the very least British intel.
If that's all they got on him (which I doubt), could conspiring with foreign actors qualify as treason for an American citizen? I think probly so.
I too found it interesting his name was the only one with treason conspiracy listed.
Provided, of course, that list is anywhere near accurate.
