Was Trump the Only One in Washington Innocent of Russian Collusion?
American Thinker ^ | 18 Apr, 2020 | J.B. Shurk

Catherine Herridge confirmed recently that the FBI ignored warnings that the primary evidence used in securing a FISA warrant against Carter Page, Christopher’s Steele’s “dossier,” is unreliable “Russian disinformation.” Herridge is as fine an investigative reporter as they come, but my gut reaction was, “Haven’t we known that for years now?”

Then reality smacked me in the face, and I remembered: we’re still pretending as a country that Barack Obama’s FBI and CIA didn’t work with Fusion GPS, Hillary Clinton, and the Democrat party to frame Donald Trump as an agent of the Russian government.

I suppose the longer the attempted coup against the president has endured, the easier it is to forget that the U.S. government has done everything in its power to cover up the criminality of its intelligence agencies and preferred political players, while obfuscating the public record with a steady stream of disinformation from the corporate news.

From the points of view of the DC Leviathan and its complicit praetorian press, if there is no signed statement or recorded confession from Obama, Clinton, Brennan, Comey, Lynch, Yates, McCord, McCabe, Nuland, Rice, Strzok, Simpson, Steele, either Ohr, or any of the other countless conspirators involved, then nothing nefarious happened. (Funny how the crimes against Donald Trump require overwhelming intent and evidentiary proof in triplicate form, while every scurrilous allegation against him becomes front page news in the New York Times and is chased down by criminal investigators at every jurisdictional level.)

The level of leftist cooperation to pull this off is amazing.

President Trump is about the only one in the District of Corruption that was not complicit in the Kenyanesian Usurpation.

That was what lead to all the other crimes.

I told a Never-Trumper last year, when all this crap was coming out, that I believed Trump was the only sunuffabitch in Washington who wasn't corrupt.

He now agrees with me. He still doesn't like Trump, but he'll take him over Butthead Biden.

The level of GOP indifference is equally amazing. They’re not showing any initiative to hold anyone responsible for sabotaging a president. The GOP senate should be all over this Spygate mess, but it seems passively disinterested.

I no longer think these people should go to jail. We have waited for justice too long, I now think they should be hanging from the lampposts in DC and should remain until they are picked clean by the other vultures.

Hillary and her rapey husband got actual checks from the Russians and promoted policies (like restrictions in oil and gas drilling) that would have benefited the Russians tremendously. How did President Trump get blamed for collusion?

The GOP is terrified that if they dig into any of the crimes of the Kenyanesian Usurpation it will all unravel and expose their complicity in violating the Constitution.

Not amazing at all in my opinion, the GOP didn’t want Pres. Trump either, plus a number of them were in on the “spygate” scam; what do expect them to do, prosecute themselves?

Leftist? The ongoing coup against POTUS is unquestionably bipartisan in nature.

This is exactly why in the future I will be “passively disinterested” when a Republican is on my ballot. If I am going to live in a police state it will not be with my endorsement. Sadly, we can now say a vote for the GOP is a vote for Mueller police state thuggery. I take no pleasure in reviewing the facts of the past 4 years and coming to that conclusion.

***************

Truth be known most of them are Swamp dwellers and didn’t want an outsider coming in and exposing the systemic corruption, ineptitude, malfeasance, and complete lack of accountability in DC (and that includes both parties).

The more fundatmental problem with the GOP is that its voting base is easily misled and manipulated by the GOP itself. That has to change, otherwise nothing will change.

Too often “our side” is not on our side.

I now feel basically the same way you do about the GOP. We didn’t leave the party, the party left us. My biggest gripe with the GOP is that it is a soulless party that is devoid of any convictions. I have no idea what the GOP stands for, except for re-election.
