I believe I'm muddying the (logical) waters with the past-tense example above - it doesn't seem to relate to Q3987
I look forward to investigating this alert, which previously warned Americans WHEN the British were coming to attack via WATER. Either the (used) candles and lanterns are stowed for use in the coming days, or they have recently been used. I think the latter more likely.
Early on, I saw images of Pepe Revere, riding ahead, shouting to warn the colonies...I look forward to seeing that picture again soon. :)

Yep. I avoid it. But if I’m right, whatever was going to happen has already happened. So I’m not worried that I’m giving anything away. The few things I’ve figured out - or think I’ve figured out - that could be potentially damaging, I have kept to myself.
In addition, before I post ideas like this, I check around. I’m not the only person with similar ideas. Those ideas are out there and far more widespread than I imagine the readership of FR Q threads is.

There was a reference to toroids & plasma in discussions about that Project Looking glass that Im still searching for but your question lead me to this interesting paper residing in the Homeland Security Digital Library, “Space Operations: Through The Looking Glass (Global Area Strike System).
Its a about the need for a Space Force and was presented August 1996. Part of the discussion is about projecting plasma toroids in the 10 kilojoule range to destroy incoming targets.
Another possible toroid reference. Two if by sea, Kwasts discussion likened our new Space Force to a navy finally leaving the bouys of the shore (present space program) to going across the ocean to another continent (moon, etc) and the need to protect merchants from agressors (China).

Q posts what appears to be 2 if by sea. Someone already made the connection watch the water. How about the operation POTUS has gone way out of his way to promote?
I remember thinking what has this got to do with the ‘Rona? When he was bringing out the military guys at the ‘Rona briefing. I think he was sending someone a message, letting them know it is happening. But it was very specific that POTUS was taking away a water approach for supposedly drugs and trafficking.
So anyway 2 if by sea; watch the water; Military naval ops to our south. Curiouser and curiouser.
