“The Onion”?
And, it isn’t a benefit to refineries on the demand side.
They were at near-capacity with $60 oil so, with reduced output mandated by the gummint, they are still at capacity with cheap oil but, no where to sell it to.
They aren’t making money hand over fist as many would think.
I tried to watch. The translation is horrible. Very confusing. But I found this:

I have an agreement (contract) with an oil producer for crude delivery in July. 100 bbls at $40/bbl.
Since there will be almost no delivery of crude in July, I’ll sell you this contract for 5-cents/dollar, cash.
You give me $200 CASH and I give you the contract.
See, I don’t want to wait for it have the same value as when I bought it. My company survives on CASH flow and commodity turnover. You, on the other hand might see this contract as either a gamble or a time-certain risk.
Every time I see that meme, I say:
“Uhhhh, a case is 24 bottles, not 12.
I think you may be a bit less than accurate about who is charge of threads on Free Republic.
Talk of Beatniks brought some funny memories. My dad swore that the hippies were just extra dirty Beatniks and that it was all the fault of Maynard G Krebs and the Roosians. He may have been the original Russian conspiracist. Gave me a chuckle.
POTUS said that sun shine would make the virus go away.

On surfaces, after some hours.
I was just going to post that video. Great video everyone, must see.
Have you not heard of the INNER CIRCLE?
Do not incur their wrath, good sir.

Hannity needs a flint-lock rapped upside his three-corner hat.
In the same breath he says that Northam can’t violate the 2nd amendment but supports Cuomo’s (and Whitmers) blatant violation of the 5th Amendment.
Explanation in my next post but EVERYONE needs to call Hannity out on his hypocrisy.
In Michigan, the state has outlawed the use of boat motors within its boundaries. Property, properly purchased, licensed and legal to use in March has been made unusable on the order of the Governor. This is a unrecompensed TAKING and a violation of the 5th Amendment. The State should be sued for the full current cost of every boat motor in the State for the time it was disallowed as well as rescinding the order, immediately.
Owners of 2 properties, both fully within the boundaries of Michigan, cannot travel to either one of them on State highways and roads. They have been disallowed the pleasure and use of their private property by order of the Governor. This amounts to a TAKING and the State should pay every property owner the full and current cost of the property for the time it was disallowed as well as rescinding the order, immediately.
Claman just said she expects oil PPB to be positive and around $22 tomorrow.
According to someone earlier on this thread, tomorrow is the beginning of crude futures for June. That's why Claman is saying the price is expected to be $22 a barrel.
Thanks!
And a refund on property taxes while they're at it.
Punish the succubus government for it's transgressions.

I know...
Lol. Who knew that it all stared with ‘Gilligan’? :)
FESTIVAL!!!!!!
I’ll be over there.
There are so many ways to answer this....
Who locked it up?
Only if you post bail.
According to Bernie, shouldn't everything?
Here's a more helpful answer:
Actually bagster, they would have paid you as much as 37 bucks a barrel to take it. By the end of the day they still wanted have given you $13.10 a barrel to take it.
Glad you're back bags, your wit is contagious in a good way.
