In Michigan, the state has outlawed the use of boat motors within its boundaries. Property, properly purchased, licensed and legal to use in March has been made unusable on the order of the Governor. This is a unrecompensed TAKING and a violation of the 5th Amendment. The State should be sued for the full current cost of every boat motor in the State for the time it was disallowed as well as rescinding the order, immediately.

Owners of 2 properties, both fully within the boundaries of Michigan, cannot travel to either one of them on State highways and roads. They have been disallowed the pleasure and use of their private property by order of the Governor. This amounts to a TAKING and the State should pay every property owner the full and current cost of the property for the time it was disallowed as well as rescinding the order, immediately.

And a refund on property taxes while they're at it.

Punish the succubus government for it's transgressions.
