Anyone notice that Q posted a link to a video of a twisted O that is spinning, and you might say, seems to be twisting in the wind?

I wouldn’t say it is twisting in the wind. No wind and no twisting motion.
This visual/audio style is similar to those used in an old biofeedback program named Relaxing Rhythms. With blood pressure clamps attached to fingers, watching the visuals, listening to the music and breathing in time to some timing hint on the page helped lower blood pressure.
That biofeedback program used a similar audio style and simple, beautiful onscreen motion as part of a suite intended to help clear the mind. Some of the instructional offerings talked about how it’s necessary to stop your mind from constant chatter and become as still as possible for a brief moments.
Some who continue the videos or practices may be shocked to discover drastically improved capacity to focus and, with practice, a deep sense of unusual calm.
I had been trying the software and found 20 minutes of a slow breathing audio/visual exercise helped to refresh my concentration during the early afternoon break at a stressful job. But one day I finally slowed my thinking down enough that I overclocked the software as it was saying I had 115% Heart Rate Coherence (their own term measuring relaxation).
The sensation of clarity I had after that session I was extremely strange - in terms of stress, I felt as though I had just awakened from perfect sleep at 3 in the afternoon. I had my full capacity to perform under stress completely reset.
I wonder if Q’s link would help the indoctrinated heal.
We’re all being psychologically abused by MSM etc. but the DS used research to make addict social media users - therefore the indoctrinated are being hammered with fear and rage content 24/7. They can’t relax while watching their content and they are largely trained to be addicted so they can’t look away. They should be emotional, weepy, angry and unable to concentrate. They are on a psychological treadmill cranked up;these days they are being forced to maintain an extreme state of stress.
The mind needs a break. It could be the Q drop could give the indoctrinated a break - they can’t just unplug to absolute silence and relax for a moment. The no longer know how.
They used to put LSD (Blotter) on the eye.

The Q drop of the drifing loop may be comms or a signal to someone. It may be for healing of the stressed.
That Q drop video may be the first seconds of relaxation many have had in a long time. Prayers up that all who need it view it.
If you’d like to see if you can relax to videos like the Q drop link, a few pointers below. It usually takes me 20 minutes of effort. It would take me setting that youtube on “loop” to repeat as I cannot relax quickly or finding another soothing visual to watch. Since I had practiced alot, I was able to use two other videos that had some detail, but Q’s video is best in that it’s the same image so your brain doesn’t have to process new information.
Giving your mind a break.
1. Find a body position that is easy to maintain without moving at all.
2. Turn off phone and all distractions - try to get away from all sound.
3. Try not to move once you begin this practice. If you have to move, resume stillness asap.
4. Establish relaxing breathing rhythm - breathing in deep without raising your shoulders in a slow, steady pace. Maybe 2 slow counts (not aloud) in and 2 counts out. try to maintain that same pace while relaxing. You may find you can parallel the music somehow
4. Clear your mind. Decide to think about things later. If you mind drifts of...gently guide it back to simply “watching the show”
Look at the object but don’t think about it. Observe it.
Some will battle constant chatter in the mind - this is what the video is for. You may spend the entire time stopping anxious thoughts, and then finding yourself back at it. Be patient with yourself - yelling at a stressed person doesn’t help. Calm respectful treatment does. If your mind is obsession, try making an appointment to think about it’s specific worries after the video.
5. Try not to look around, think etc. Relax your shoulders - and then relax them again in 10 minutes. Repeat as necessary. The tension the MSM is creating is usually translated to tensed hunched shoulders.
