Maybe the best way to own a gun is to become one of Northam's armed guards.

….. a red flag bill to allow authorities to temporarily take guns away from people deemed to be dangerous to themselves or others.....

Oh, well, if it's just "temporary" then OK.

This is what happens when good people detach from the political process and sit out elections.

We can complain until we are black in the face but we need to vote these people out next year. They are unstoppable

In the perpetual war between good and evil, this is a (I pray temporary) victory for freedom’s totalitarian enemies.

A Nazi’s work is never done. Even while innocent people are dying by the thousands. Old “Blackface” must be proud of himself.

“Virginia was once a socially conservative state where lawmakers in both parties viewed gun rights as sacrosanct and the National Rifle Association held great sway.”

Now it’s just another mid-Atlantic liberal hellhole. As much I despise the dems who took control of this state, I equally despise those who sat in their asses in the last election and didn’t bother to vote to keep these demons out of power. Only 40% bothered to vote in November.

The DEMOCRAT WAY is to do their dirty deeds under cover of a crisis.

That being said, Virginians can thank progressives and those conservatives who were too lazy to vote in the last elections for the evil being wrought upon their state. Hopefully 2020 will be different.

The reason that the Governor and his fellow Nazis in state government are in office is because the growth of Federal government workers who live in Northern Virginia. Those people go to vote and then return to their federal jobs where they work to put their Nazi attitudes in action at the Federal level.

Establishment Republicans did nothing to stop the illegal alien invasion into Virginia going back to 2000, and did nothing to counter increasing vote fraud especially in the green card (non citizen) immigrants whom the democrats were registering in large numbers.

These Republican elites were captives of the open borders Chamber of Commerce donor class and actually campaigned AGAINST conservative Republicans who won primaries, like Cuccinelli and Stewart.

Now once solid red Virginia is permanently blue. The Republican elites, safe in their gated communities and big government jobs or law firms, don’t give a damn about the rest of us.

Blackface Northam and the new East California are creations of the RINOs.

You other states - learn the lessons of Virginia. You are only a few RINOs away from Becoming California.

It’s amazing red Virginia lasted as long as it did with that huge sociopath magnet next to it drawing sociopaths from all over the US to settle and vote in NVA. With the growth of the fed state and its gigantic private support structure in the last 40 years or so it’s a wonder this didn’t happen long before. Folks should consider how their own state would do treading water with that ever-growing boat anchor attached to their state for decade upon decade.

The fed state should be rotated between all the states and regions so everyone gets their fair share of the misery. Let the fed and the giant fed private support structure become rootless gypsies that move every year and that vote by mail in their home state. Seems to me it would be a good trade off considering the high pay and fantastic benefits connected to the fed monster.
