They probably have a vaccine and vaccinated their “good people” before this all happened. They were developing “good citizen” programs and I am sure people who passed this program got a vaccine somewhere along the line and those who didn’t didn’t get it. Maybe Wuhan had a lot of bad actors in it (not friendly to the CCP)? I don’t know.

Not at all. When the Chinese government decrees a lock down, it is not a suggestion.
Something is OBVIOUS, not fishy. This is all a coordinated deep-state/democrat/China event planned and carried out to bring down Trump in an election year and while the economy is destroyed, China can increase their positions in the stock market to be able to take over American companies. Line them all up and execute them. All of them.

When the virus hit, Chinese people took fever reducers and went immediately to the airport. Many people who knew they were sick flew to America and Europe. The most selfish people on earth knowingly spread it and couldn’t care less. The internet is even filled with Chinese people bragging about it and laughing about it

I have been waiting to see if they have another outbreak. For the life of me, I don't see how you avoid outbreaks with this thing if even 1 case slips by. Especially with the asymptomatic people and the super spreaders.
You know I thought it was accidental release and China was lying about their status.
But if they aren’t lying and you make very valid points about those cities not being in lockdown—we’d know that.
It does make it look more and more intentional.
