They probably have a vaccine and vaccinated their “good people” before this all happened. They were developing “good citizen” programs and I am sure people who passed this program got a vaccine somewhere along the line and those who didn’t didn’t get it. Maybe Wuhan had a lot of bad actors in it (not friendly to the CCP)? I don’t know.

I doubt that it was “a” bio weapon at this stage. But they were certainly working on “a” bio weapon and it got loose by accident.
BTW, on this site-FR, there have been a few who still refuse to consider that this thing was being working on in that lab in China.
