I’m going to call out comments that either make statements of fact without some sort off reference, or comments that are just over the line. Accept and deal with it.

Again, as noted yesterday, the troll, fearer or flub/bra monikers come out when people can’t argue the issue at hand.
I think some of the flubro comments are nuts, frankly. COVID-19 is very much unlike the "flu". Anyone that does not realize that and accept it, is, well, a nut.

I am hopeful that you are incorrect. I don’t watch the China numbers or news because we all know we cannot trust a damn thing coming from there.
I guess we’ll have to wait for Japan, Italy and the rest of Asia and EU for a resurgent infection.
Seems the numbers here in GA have remained low, hope that continues. I have an acquaintance that died and his wife just got out of the hospital so this did hit close to home. My friends in the med field here are saying it’s not busier than normal at the facilities they work at.
We’ll see, I guess. I hope she gets better soon.

Fury is either a self-assigned, or government assigned CV19 moderator on FR. For whatever reason, he/she has decided it is their job to ensure that no one posts anything slightly offensive, and that any “opinion” expressed a reference.
If you provide a reference, he/she never comes back to admit they were wrong, or even to thank you for the information. For whatever reason, thought, they never feel it is their job to fact check the FB threads, or call them out.
Make of that what you will. I smell *CDC* or something close.
Gallo Winery is a very fine company with top-notch people; and the company gives back a great deal to the communities in which they operate. Matt Gallo and his sister Gina, although understandably on the “inside track”, nevertheless have had to work their way up — spending years in the trenches, so to speak — before being handed the reins of the company the E&J started with $200 borrowed dollars. The Gallo history is a fascinating read. Cheers!
Flu has a significantly lower R0 and also a vaccine that changes every year, but could still make you partially immune to whatever strain comes your way, should you utilize it.

You of all see how as a group we don’t want this virus to kill anyone, this is a group who wants to share information and personal anecdotes. We all wish that this was “just the flu”. But it ain’t.
The leader of the UK is on a ventilator now, with his replacement briefed and ready to assume command. I don’t remember any time in our lives where anything like that has happened (outside of the USSR where “colds” killed leaders in a few days).
We all want America back in here, and pray that the Phoenix which returns from the ashes is even better than before.
