What everyone needs now is a ten foot pole. Or maybe four of them pointing in all four directions. Then we could somehow stay far enough apart that only a determined sneeze could infect a stranger.
The leftist media in this world is just a propaganda machine. They have always been that way. The only reason we are able to see behind their historical “curtain” is because the internet allows us multiple source of information outside the leftist media to “fact check” them.
So what have we discovered? We have discovered that they always were lying to us to include the period of time when “The most trusted man in news”, Walter Kronkite, was telling the entire nation how to think.

The virus is real, the threat of it has been grossly oversold. Predictive models being used by policy makers are insanely off... densely populated areas with large shared infrastructure like mass transit will certainly require more exrreme measures and get hit hard but to treat Montana the same as Nyc for this is idiotic...
At this point thr models (even the Lowe end models) have been off by a factor of 4.
Yes if you get it and get a bad case if it it’s very serious, but they numbers are nowhere near the models... when this is all said and done, there is no doubt in my mind the mortality rate of this thing is going to be far smaller than prediction s as they will discover far far more people have gotten this thing and not required serious medical intervention if any at all.

Oh, there’s no doubt that they are spinning this up. But the video with the dummy looks to me like a demonstration of the ventilator.
That doesn’t mean that the media is not purposefully spinning the hysterics.

Question, Why this extreme reaction to the “flu”?
Answer, It is not the flu....
Well, then what is it????
It is an escaped bio-weapon. Is it a powerful weapon? We do not know.
Will it kill on contact, or take a while to kill? We do not know.
How fast will it spread and how will it mutate? We do not know.
So, what can we do? Everything we can to stop the spread, until we can understand what it is and what it is going to do. I hope and pray that the bio-weapon is some low grade failure that accidentally escaped, and we can get back to normal.
In the meantime, sit tight, buckle in and let the professionals (medical and science research specialists) do their jobs.
