That is correct. Ventilators are machines to help patients breathe.
Respirators (in simple form) are filters and are worn by the rest of us, including hospital staff (also much used in woodworking to filter out dust.)

If only 4 of 8 children survive tho, I fail to see how that decreases the population over the woman who only has 4 to begin with. But in a moral sense children born all getting to survive is far superior to 4 of 8 dying. So the vaccines in that case are good.
However Soros and Bill Gates with his “tracker” in the vaccines are not moral or ethical. They are something I fear as sick and perverse and give those madmen possible control.
