Incredible that not one lawsuit has been filed anywhere on these unconstitutional lockdowns/power grabs.[Vanity]

You’re crazy. See what happens after the emergency is over. Then you can assess your constitutional violations. If any. The federal, state, and local governments are actually trying to save lives.

Yes and even though we structured the lease with a clear addendum with FULL LANDLORD ACCESS this clown keeps texting us not to come there!!
We have to drive 3 hrs. to get there . It’s an historic house ( said to be Tyler’s oldest an old pre-existing farmhouse possibly 1840’s-50’s)
Its being remodeled we leased him the completed bdr (major blood sweat tears in labor) & access to a remodelled bath in the rear.
We are going to have to get deadbolts for a couple of interior doorways and close off this incompleted section as our area with locks.
Possibly drag brothers camper onto raw land we have abt 45 mins away so we can more easily get to Tyler and oversee this eviction thanks to this freeze BS. The standard for moving an eviction was “imminent bodily threat” not even verbiage about prior rent delinquency already being worked through via notices etc..they made a blanket assumption from the start that all tenants in TX were Goldilocks.

Life, Liberty, Pursuit of Happiness. Without #1, it’s hard to get to #2 and #3. They are in that order for a reason.

Seems to me you are forgetting:

Give me liberty or give me death.

Live free or die.

“Nothing being done right now is unconstitutional not even close”.

Nothing? Are you sure? People are not prohibited from going out for a stroll? Going to the beach or do any kind of exercise or recreation? Dine with family inside their own homes? Deprived from the ability to make a living, while the government selectively chooses who can and cannot work, many times depending on how hard you were lobbied? That you can’t even call a plumber if your sewage backs up, unless the call is from an “essential service”? Or that something else critical in your house brakes and you cannot fix it because all the hardware stores are closed, and only accessible to the “essentials”? That you can’t even secure the means with which to defend your family in case social order breaks down, precisely because of the lock downs? That your elderly parent must sit isolated for weeks on end with no contact, no exercise, no medical services, just Netflix and deal with it? That those who live hand-to-mouth were suddenly cut off from any income, going on for two weeks now, and they don’t have the means to even feed their families, and the government hasn’t even bothered to set up a soup kitchen to prevent these people from starving?

That you can’t even talk about it without getting lynched by the hysterical?

Any of that verbottem during WWII? Maybe in the Reich!

Nothing unconstitutional is being done right now in America? Nothing? Are you sure?

“The vast majority of Americans realise we are in mortal danger more than half of us have one or more of the “preexisting conditions” that this bug is killing people with.”
The above is not the only concern. A study showed patients who had recovered from SARS still had health problems from the virus many years later. It is quite reasonable to think the same will happen with SARS2. Here is a link to the study.

The governors are in the same situation Like Katrina hitting NO That’s not federal situation. The mayor and the governor had all the power they needed and they choked. But you have to have power at the local level for local situations.

It seems that many who made strong the point of the nation being a constitutional republic were not actually endorsing such a government but were only using that fact to blow raspberries against those who kept calling it a democracy.

I was angry when courts entertained cases about the emergency declaration on illegal immigration. The law calls for congress to be the check and balance. When you have an emergency, you can’t let 1 unelected judge stop the response.

If dozens of such cases were being filed every day at the state level, why would we know about it? Would the lying, Communist media report it?

Most people recognize that it makes sense to slow the spread of the illness with those unwelcome measures. If they remain after the disease has run its course, the second amendment solution may come in to play.

The national guard and the military are only supporting the measures because they are constitutional and necessary to save millions of American citizen lives. If the government keeps the restrictions for purposes other than expressly lined out in the national emergency declaration and therefore the prima facie evidence for their need then a constitutional crisis will be trigger. POTUS has demonstrated by actions time and time again to be an ardent patriot there is almost zero chance he keeps theses measures longer than needed. You can just watch the man and see the pain he is going through to do any of this. He wants to get Americans back to work, he says it every time he speaks the man never bluffs take what he says for what he means. He has said time and time again that we must not let the cure be worse than the disease, the classified information he is getting must show an aspect that we don’t get or need to see. My logic is that this bug is bio engineered and is way more dangerous than the public has been told to keep panic from collapsing our civil society.

This is peer reviewed research I suggest everyone read it. Then ask yourself how this current bug got it’s HIV protein coat that specifically target’s ACE2 receptors in the lungs.

All the reaction is in violation of the 1st, 4th, 5th and 9th Amendments to the US Constitution.

Enforcing it with National Guard troops is going to be a serious issue, if it happens.

In Houston, the 27 year old who was elected county judge has made it an arrest-able offense to be out and about, but is advocating for the release of over 1,000 inmates in the county jail.

So, a normal law abiding person going to and fro gets arrested (and a fine up to $5k), but people already in jail are going to be released.

Insanity - it’s all insanity.

Remember, the Patriot Act still exists. They’ve already slapped some people (spitters mostly) as “terrorists”. Once they use that word they can do whatever the hell they want.

Quarantine is designed in statute and practice to separate the sick from the healthy when you have some reason to suspect some number of them have been exposed to an infectious disease. And those laws allow for confinement in a designated place.

Quarantines have never been used as a blanket ""kill-stop the whole economy and everything everywhere". They were targeted only at certain individuals or small groups: households with known infected/exposed persons, infected individuals, businesses known to have had sick persons, or ships coming from unknown areas, with unknown chance of infection. None of those shut down every single person.

If the government lets you. Oh, yea, we might have kinda violated your Constitutional rights, oops. Well, hopefully we don't do that next time!

The national guard and the military are only supporting the measures because they are constitutional and necessary to save millions of American citizen lives.

And who made that determination for them? They're supporting these orders because they have orders to - not because they're explicitly Constitutional. But, for most people who are just going about their daily lives, they don't care and they don't know civics well enough to even know. What part of the Constitution (or State Constitutions) allows the Mayors or Governors to just shut down their cities or States? Quarantines are a directed effort towards certain individuals/households/businesses/ships, not a blanket killswitch. What about places that have zero cases? How can stopping their economies possibly be in any way allowed?

Sure, Trump would much prefer this not to happen, and the economy to be roaring along, but that doesn't make some of his actions Constitutional, nor anything from these governors and mayors. If it was Obama doing all this, you bet your ass half we'd be fighting it and ignoring all these tyrannical stay-at-homes!
